The event venue will open at 1:00PM for our set up team to claim our lawn spot, the buffet will start at 4:00PM. The polo match will take place from 5:00PM to 7:00PM. Here is a detailed schedule below: 1:00 pm - Polo Grounds Open & Set Up Team Arrives 2:00 pm - Food Trucks, Vendors, and Exhibitions open 3:30 pm - Buffet Food Set Up 4:00 pm - Buffet Open 5:00 pm - Polo Match begins 7:00 pm - Veuve Clicquot Trophy Presentation

Dress code is optional, you may dress in whatever you desire. Newport Polo's official dress code is "Newport Casual Chic," a style that blends summer elegance with relaxed comfort, often featuring pastel colors, breezy sundresses for women, and collared shirts with tailored shorts or slacks for men. The atmosphere is fashionable but practical for outdoor, grass-side picnicking and divot-stomping.  Key Attire Guidelines: Ladies: Sundresses, skirts, or tailored pants paired with flats, wedges, or sandals (avoid stiletto heels, which sink in the grass). Sun hats or fascinators are common but not required. Men: Collared shirts (polo or button-down) paired with chinos, trousers, or nice shorts. Blazers are welcome but not required. Accessories: Sunglasses and sun hats are highly recommended. Avoid: Rigid, overly formal wear or beach-only attire. Theme Nights: For this match, the theme is "Silk Road Boho"

Bring lawn chairs or picnic blankets for seating, your favorite BYOB drinks, and any tailgate essentials you’d like for a fun evening outdoors. Sunscreen, sunglasses, sunhats and comfortable shoes are highly recommended!

Your ticket includes admission to the polo match and access to a specially catered beach buffet dinner. Children under 15 receive free admission and will also enjoy the buffet at no additional cost. If you do not have a lawn chair please request a chair ticket so we can prepare chair seating for you.
